Tuesday mornings from 6:00am-7:00am
Thursday evenings from 7:30pm-8:30pm

The 12 week class is divided into 3 phases so participants of all levels of fitness can get involved.
• The first 4-week phase is focused on body weight exercises to identify and develop your own strengths to better prepare yourself to handle various obstacles as well as start to adjust your nutrition and mentality for a healthier lifestyle.
• The second 4-week phase starts to incorporate resistance (weight) training to improve your strength and continue to build upon the mental and healthy foundation created during phase 1.
• The final 4-week phase is designed to use greater resistance, more challenging movements, and obstacle specific exercises to develop and improve your strength and endurance and refine the healthy habits you have formed in preparation for an actual event.

12 week Course Tuition: $200
Enroll in both days per week for $350 total!

Payment is due the first week of class. No Refunds or Exchanges.
Currently we do not have childcare available during class times.
