PARENT & TODDLER GYMNASTICS
Ages 18 months-2 years old
45 minutes per week – $64/month
Parents participate with their child as he/she begins to understand basic motor skills.
We focus on balance, strength, coordination, and having fun while learning basic gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, vault, and trampoline.
PRE-SCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Ages 3-4 years old
1 hour per week – $76/month
This co-ed recreational gymnastics class focuses on balance, strength, coordination, and having fun!
Your child will learn basic gymnastics skills on floor, bars, beam, and vault, as well as trampoline.
RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS (girls)
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced: 5-12 years old
1 hour per week – $76/month
With different classes available for different skill levels, these recreational gymnastics classes are geared towards learning and perfecting skills on the four main olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor, as well as trampoline.
BOYS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Beginner/Intermediate: 5-10 years old
1 hour per week – $76/month
With different classes available for different skill levels, these recreational gymnastics classes focus on the men’s apparatus: parallel bars, high bar, rings, and floor, as well as trampoline.
GIRLS GYMNASTICS DRESS CODE
On all the apparatus you should wear a leotard or a fitted tank top or t-shirt and pull on shorts without buttons or zippers. Cotton or spandex shorts can be worn over the leotard (no tutu’s, dresses, buttons or zippers). No baggy clothing, denim, or jewelry. Please have hair pulled back away from the face.
You will take your shoes and socks off or you may wear gymnastic shoes.
