Our competitive teams are all by invitation only. If your child is recommended by his/her coach, you will be notified. If you are interested in competing, please see someone at the front desk for an explanation of what it takes to be on a competitive team. If your child is not ready at that time, we can let you know what skills they will need to work on to be considered in the future.

Competitive gymnasts work out anywhere from 2-5 days per week between 2-6 hours per day. The girls are trained to compete on bars, beam, vault and floor. These students show a great interest in the sport of gymnastics as well as a strong desire to succeed and are driven by competition. Students interested in our teams must have a positive attitude and demonstrate superb showmanship and sportsmanship toward others.
