Universal Gymnastics has gone paperless!
Since we do not have physical forms for you to sign, each person that enters the gym floor and is on the gym equipment will need to create an account within our system. That way we will have updated contact information for you in addition to the electronically signed waiver.
Creating an account with us in no way obligates you to pay registration fees or class tuition. Only if you enroll in a class will you be responsible for any fee.
After you complete this process, we will have your account ready for the next time you visit us!
