Birthday parties are 2 hours long and are held on Saturdays from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of reservation. You may arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up.

Choose Your perfect party VIBE AT OUR CARIBBEAN VIBES outdoor / indoor VENUE

Caribbean Vibes Venue Events are 2 hours long and are held on Saturdays with optional time slots from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, 3:00 – 5:00 pm or 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Extended time slots will be considered based on size, time and nature of party and are a added cost. Caribbean Vibes Venue is perfect for family, adult only, organizational, or company team building events. A non-refundable deposit of $50 TO $100, depending on size of party, is required at the time of reservation. It is encouraged that you arrive 30 minutes before your party to allow us to assist you in setup. Pricing ranges below are based on number of participants engaged in venue activities. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, adult party, corporate event, or just looking for a fun family get together Caribbean Vibes has something for everyone. Our party and event packages are available on Saturdays with 3 time slot options and can comfortably accommodate 20 to 150 participants. Flexible time options are available for larger events and parties. Setup assistance is available and we encourage you to arrive 30 minutes early. Multiple Party Areas to Choose From

The first group that signs up can choose which party room they want and which hour they want to be in the gym. We typically have two parties going on at the same time. One party will have access to the gym area while the other party celebrates in their party area. Parties will switch after the first hour.

Mezzanine

A 1,000 sq ft spacious area upstairs with a picturesque view overlooking the gym, creating a spectacular ambiance for your party.

Decorative Private Room

A private 1,000 sq ft room located behind the mezzanine, this large, inviting room sets the stage for an amazing celebration.

CARIBBEAN VIBES Outdoor Venue Rental

A taste of the Caribbean tropical vibe is now available in the heart of middle Tennessee. Our diverse space offers a children’s playground area, splash pad, 1,100 sq ft celebration room as well as a unique adult area for kids parties and/or fun adult party activities. Party Package options allow you the chance to customize your party. Choose from Party Room and Playground only or add Splash Pad, Beach Volleyball (September 2025) or Pickleball (September 2025).
