Parent & Toddler Gymnastics in Mt. Juliet, TN

Competitive Teams Classes
Our competitive teams are made up of talented gymnasts who have been invited to join based on recommendations from their coaches. If your child has been recommended, you will be notified. If your child is not ready at the moment, we can provide you with information on the skills they need to work on in order to be considered in the future.
Competitive gymnasts train 2-4 days a week, for 2-4 hours each day. Girls on the team are professionally trained in bars, beam, vault, and floor exercises. These dedicated students have a strong passion for gymnastics and a drive to succeed. They exhibit a positive attitude, outstanding showmanship, and sportsmanship towards others.

Ninja Classes for Kids in Mt. Juliet
Universal Gymnastics offers Ninja classes that combine movement, obstacles and physical challenges in an exciting environment for kids. Our Little Ninjas program serves younger athletes, while Ninja Warriors gives older kids opportunities to continue developing strength, agility, coordination and confidence.
