AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM:
- After School Pickup available from Mt Juliet area schools Monday – Friday
- Final pickup from our Annex Building is 6:30pm M-F
- Gym time each day with fun group activities and games
- Students must be in grades K-5
- Choose to attend All Week or M/W/F or or T/TH
- Students are accepted throughout the school year provided room is available
- Our awesome staff is available to help with homework
- Snack is provided each day
- Gymnastics or Ninja classes offered at a discounted rate

HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE:
Our cleaning requirements include disinfecting all surfaces with a hospital grade disinfectant. In addition we spray these disinfectants into HVAC air filtration airstreams as well. This will aid in deactivating germs and viruses that may be airborne. Our goal is to become as germ and virus free of a facility as possible.
We have already increased the frequency our sanitizing cycles as well as adding additional hand sanitizer / tissue stations in both our buildings. In addition, we have educated our staff to enhance their knowledge level of how to properly use these products as well as making sure your children, while with us, understand the importance of covering their mouths when they cough or sneeze as well as making sure they wash their hands properly.

2023-2024 After School Program Rates
$50 Registration Fee
$140 Per Week – Pickup All 5 Days
$90 Per – Pickup M/W/F
$60 Per – Pickup T/TH
Siblings receive 10% off
Classes: Gymnastics or Ninja classes are available for students in our After School Program at a discounted rate of $68/month. These classes will be held once a week.
Attendance and Charges: Tuition is based on enrollment and not attendance and enrolled days are not transferrable. Normal tuition is assessed every day during the school year that is not a scheduled break. After School tuition will not be due during Fall, Winter, or Spring Break. If school is cancelled unexpectedly due to snow, illness, etc. and Universal is still open, parents will be responsible for tuition regardless of attendance. If your child attends on a cancelled school day, you will be charged an additional $25/day. If we ever pick your child up for early dismissal, there will be an additional $20 charge for that day.
Tuition and Payment Methods: Tuition is due in advance on the Monday of the week of care. Your credit card will be charged on Monday evening if payment has not been made by then. We are unable to hold any payments until a later date. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. You must have a credit card on file. Please contact our office if you are interested in paying your monthly tuition in advance.
Late Fees: A $10 late fee will be assessed on Wednesday morning to any overdue accounts. If accounts are not current by Friday of that week, your child will be withdrawn from the program until the balance is paid in full.
All Day Camps: Camp will be available for most of the school closings during the year including breaks. You must sign up in advance. The cost for all day camp is $50 and we will be open from 7am-6:30pm on camp days. If you do not sign your child up in advance for all day camp, the drop in rate in $55/day.
Drop Notice: A 2 week notice is required to drop from our After School Program. This notice must be either in the form of an email or a written note.

OPEN FOR CAMP ON THE DATES INDICATED BELOW
CAMP AVAILABLE – 7:00am-6:30pm.
Cost: $50 per day
Open to ages 5-11.
Morning and afternoon snack provided daily.
Please pack a lunch for your child that does not need refrigeration or re-heating.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: If we do not have a minimum of 10 students sign up in advance, we will have to cancel the camp day.
